Why did my Mini Tank shutoff after charging?
To protect the battery and keep it fully charged the Mini Tank is designed to turn off once it has finished charging to 100%. To turn the Mini Tank back on simply click the button 5 times rapidly.

Make sure that the cartridge is fully ejected. If it’s not fully extended then pull up on it slightly to engage the cartridge, it will not produce vapor unless fully extended. If the Viper still is not working then please contact support.

Simple slide the front cover that is surrounding the cartridge area, screw in your larger cartridge to Mini Tank, and the slide the front cover back over the cartridge. The front cover is not needed to use the Mini Tank if it does not fit back over.

Every cartridge has an expected life span of approximately 4-5 refills. After that point performance of the cartridge may not be as good and replacement of the cartridge is recommended.

We recommend that you replace your atomizer on the Cyclone or Nitro at least every 3 months depending on use. When you notice a significant decrease in performance with no improvement after cleaning, we recommend replacement. The atomizers are considered consumable and will need to be replaced at some point.

The kit comes with both Quartz and ceramic atomizers with patent-pending cooling technology that screw onto the battery.
