You can increase the life of your battery by doing the following:
– Don’t leave your device plugged in once it has finished charging.

The EASY FILL oil cartridge makes filling your cartridge very simple. Just unscrew the top of the cartridge and the top along with the entire center pole will be removed. Using a syringe or dropper, fill the cartridge with your product up to or just right below the 0.5ml fill line. Then reassemble the cartridge by screwing the top and center pole piece back onto the cartridge. Oil will need to sit for up to two hours to soak into the heating element.
Tip:
It can help to jiggle the top portion a little when reassembling to make sure no air bubbles are trapped beneath the center pole.
Also make sure the top is screwed in until tight.
Once the product has been restocked it will be shipped out immediately and you will receive an email. That email will contain your tracking number and order information. If you have any additional questions please contact us.

A burnt taste is usually caused by using too high of a voltage or taking long, repeated draws that overheat the cartridge. Try lowering your voltage and allowing a few seconds between draws to help the coil stay at the proper temperature.
The device will automatically adjust the voltage during draw, this prevents from overheating.
The main difference is how they’re made. A live cannabis product is made using flower that has been frozen immediately after harvest, called “Fresh-Frozen”. Live Resin is extracted from fresh-frozen cannabis using solvents to preserve more of the plant’s natural compounds. Rosin is made without solvents, using only heat and pressure. Distillate is highly refined cannabis oil using solvents that typically has a more neutral flavor and higher cannabinoid concentration.
Clogging usually happens when oil builds up or cools inside the cartridge’s airway. Temperature changes, elevation changes, hard draws, improper storage, and oil viscosity can all contribute. Keeping your cartridge upright at room temperature and taking slow, gentle draws can help prevent clogs. Quick Tip: Wrap you hands around you cartridge/disposable for a few mins to help loosen a clog.
We recommend checking and cleaning the connection points regularly, especially if you notice buildup, airflow issues, or connection problems. Gently wipe the cartridge and battery connection with a cotton swab to remove any residue. Avoid inserting anything into the cartridge airway or heating element.
